93 cases were settled last month out of the total old and new1661 cases in the Land Appeal Board.
This was informed at a monthly coordination meeting of the ministry held at the conference room of the Ministry of Land, chaired by Land Secretary Md. Muksodur Rahman Patwary at the Bangladesh Secretariat on today Thursday.
The Land Secretary directed the officials concerned to work fast to reduce the congestion of the cases. Besides, the Land Secretary directed the officials working in the Ministry of Land to inspect field-level land offices or making sudden visits and submitting reports thereafter.
The Land Secretary directed the officials working in the Ministry of Land to submit a report on regular field-level land office inspection or accidental inspection.
Additional secretaries of the Ministry of Land, including other officials and heads of various agencies and their representatives attended the meeting.
