Various initiatives have been taken to increase effective communication amongst the land officials working in the different stages of the Ministry of Land to the Union Land Office.
Said by Land Secretary Muksodur Rahman Patwary at the ‘August/2019’ coordination meeting held at the Ministry of Land today (Tuesday).
As a part of enhancing communication, ‘Dialogue Session’ has been organized alongside the ‘Refresher Workshop’ in the Rajshahi and Rangpur Division. Same will be done in the Sylhet very soon. All levels of land officials, political figures, media personnel, and various stakeholders participated in the dialogue while the Land Secretary was the chief guest.
Ministry officials are regularly inspecting field-level land offices or making sudden visits and submitting reports thereafter. Emphasis is placed on increasing the monitoring at the meeting.
The land secretary also said that the land minister has a clear directive to increase the ‘Communications’ amongst all levels of the land officials to prevent the ‘Communications Gap’ so that everyone remains in the same page with the ministry.
The Secretary said to the officials of the Land Ministry that we all have to work for the people of the country and the country following the ideals and principles of Bangabandhu.
Status and progress of various land-related agenda including ‘Implementations of PM’s directives’, ‘Activities to be done under the direction of the land minister’, ‘Recruitment to vacant posts’ have been discussed at the coordinating meeting.
Ministry officials, heads of agencies under the land ministry and directors of various projects attended the coordination meeting.
