Tithi Sarkar has suspended, a student of Jagannath University’s Zoology Department(2017-2018), on charges of hurting religious sentiments. University Registrar Eng Md. Ohiduzzaman signed and confirmed in an order at 11:30 on Monday night. Tithi Sarkar has been missing since he left home for police station before 9 am on October 25.
Tithi’s elder sister Smriti Sarkar said on the phone that Sub Inespector Shuvo came from the police station on the night of the 24th and told her that tomorrow (October 25) morning Tithi Sarkar should go to the police station (Pallabi police station) and meet the OC. He left home at 9 am on the 25th to meet the OC. Shortly after this, Tithi’s mobile number was found locked, her mobile number is still locked.
She added. The day before yesterday evening, S I Shuvo went to his house and asked him to come to the police station at 9 am tomorrow. In the morning he called his sister 3 times and every 5-10 minutes asked if she had left the house. The distance between his house and the police station is a maximum of 10 minutes on foot, but when he leaves the house, he stops calling his sister’s number.
Tithi Sarkar’s sister further said that Sub Inspector Shuvo call 3 times before out from home and the police did not get any call on the phone after leaving. What does this prove? The mobile was switched off after Tithi Sarkar entered the police station. After that, the date of the government could not be found.
Tithi Sarkar’s elder sister pleaded, “Has a case been filed against her but in the end she was so worried that she advised me what should I do?” Please save me, I think I have to leave my country.
However, even after this incident, the police did not declare him to be abducted, missing, killed or any other case. It’s been more than 2 days now. They’re just pretty. Kidnapping someone without following the law and the constitution or determining where he is and not filing a kidnapping or missing case is a completely out of court act.
Shipon Kumar Bose, president of the World Hindu Struggle Committee, said Tithi Sarkar is a member of our organization. All matters pertaining to Tithi Government will be reported to Safadi Center, UN Human Rights Council, EU, US Government, Human Rights Council, India Human Rights Council.
